PLEIN AIR/ STUDIO PAINTINGS






THESE WERE ACRYLIC PAINTINGS THAT I DID OUT SIDE ON GESSOBOARDS. IM IN LOVE WITH THOSE, SORRY GIRLS IM TAKEN. BUT THEN I TOOK THEM BACK TO THE STUDIO AND WORKED THEM WITH TAR, THEN PUTING SUTTLE COLOR INTO THEM WITH OIL WAX, WATEVA. ILL PROBABLY GET OVER THIS TAR PHASE THAT HAS STRUCK RINGLING SOON. UNTIL THEN HUGS AND KISSES.

well its unbelievable to me how he has captured what the earth really looks like at in element. without even having gone pleine air painting before. i asked him about it and he said that he has never been. what a bad ass. i think somewhere in all the 70 or so paintings in 2 weeks that i did of the landscape in wva, i simplified a whole lot of things to make it where im at now. and i think i have earned the credit to continue in the direction that im heading. even if the lazy person accuses me of stealling a look. i dont want to look like him. although he is hansom. you cant help it but to go off in your own way. and if you dont realize that you are being lazy and not looking at life yourself...and just your favorites........then i would check myself and get some work done. ......illustration or fine arts..........published or unpublished, watever.
