Theres a weird deformity going on in your neck...that crease and shadow right outside the chin shadow should be made mroe subtle
I think proportion wise, you made all your facial features too small compared to the rest. Don't rely too much on your reference, step back and use what you know about anatomy and perspective and such as well. you definatly know your colors though.
I really liked this picture...I wish i could paint that well...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!
